They are based on synergistic mixture of organic chelating agent and surfactant for rapid cleaning of membrane, especially in sea water desalination systems with carbonate, sulphate and metal oxides scales.
MembraClean 901 is a mild alkaline cleaner against all CaCO3, MgCO3, CaSO4 and MgSO4 scale and metal oxides.
MembraClean 301 is a mild acidic cleaner against all CaCO3 and MgCO3 scale and metal oxides. It is also recommended to flush and remove the destroyed biofilm after disinfecting and cleaning the membrane system with MembraClean Plus (Disinfectant).
